Training

Physiques Gym is a private personal training gym with a unique style of training created by Craig Tinnelle. Available in personal individual sessions or group personal training, Craig and Cara work to stream line a customized program to fit your individual needs. This is not a one size fits all program. Taking the time to teach and educate all clients on form and technique, we focus on the utilization of concentric and eccentric muscle contraction in an effort to increase overall skeletal muscularity and functional strength.  This is to ensure we are building a complete physique, free of muscle imbalances: 360 degrees around, top to bottom, front to back.

Wellness

We offer Vitamin B12 injections, TMX-MIC Lipotropic, and Meta Booster (L-Ccarnitine).

Lifestyle

Assessment

During this appointment, Craig or Cara will  discuss your physical goals and health and wellness needs. In most cases, there is a physical assessment to help us identify your current fitness level, current knowledge of form and technique, cardio endurance, muscle imbalances, physical pain or limitations.

GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING (GWT)

Is strength training with the utilization of free weight (dumbbells, barbells) and weight machines. These tools are utilized in a group setting under the guidance of a Physiques Gym strength coach not a personal trainer. The Physiques gym strength coach teaches the utilization of concentric and eccentric muscle contraction in an effort to increase overall skeletal muscularity and functional strength.

At Physiques Gym our personal training sessions are designed to maximize results in a motivating, fun, personal setting in the least amount of time. Physiques Gym coaches focus to stream lined a customized program to fit the individuals needs. This is not a one size fits all program.
