    Personal Training

    Physiques Gym is your premier source for private personal training in Phoenix. Offered in a motivating, fun, and personal setting, our training programs are designed to maximize results in the least amount of time possible. Our professional trainers and coaches understand the importance of streamlining a customized program that suits each individual’s needs, empowering them to achieve their health, wellness, and lifestyle goals. This is not a “one-size-fits-all” personal training program.

    Created based on the individual and their goals, features of our Personal Training Packages include:

    • No sign-up fee
    • No enrollment fee
    • No contracts
    • Unlimited personal training sessions
    • Nutrition guidance and customized meal plans
    • Dynamic stretching sessions, as needed
    • $150 per individual training session

    Group Weight Training

    Under the watchful eye of a Physiques Gym strength coach, our group training sessions utilize both free weights (dumbbells, barbells, etc.) and weight machines to sculpt and tone your body. Depending on your individual goals and fitness level, you will be given the option of training with a small group or individually at the same time.

    Once you sign up for one of our GWT packages, your Physiques Gym coach will instruct you on how to properly combine concentric and eccentric muscle contraction methods to increase skeletal muscularity and functional strength.
