How is Physiques Gym different?
At Physiques Gym, we pride ourselves on being different from any other gym. You won’t find any cookie-cutter workouts or a one-size-fits-all approach here. Our facility is an old school bodybuilding gym with a modern flare. You will be at home whether you’re a fitness junkie or new to the gym scene. Here at Physiques Gym, it’s not just about getting fit — it’s about making fitness your new lifestyle while building a community of like-minded individuals who are all striving for a better, healthier life.
What does it mean that i will have a team of coaches?
Unlike other programs, you will have a team of coaches with a combined experience of over 60 years in the the fitness and bodybuilding industry.
Will I always work with the same trainer?
Physiques Gym does not hire outside personal trainers. Our team is comprised of coaches that have learned the Physiques Gym system from the inside. We DO NOT have turnover with our trainers because they are part of the Physiques Gym Family!
What is the commitment?
None. At no time will Physiques Gym ask you to commit to a time frame or a program. We will guide you through every step of your journey but if life takes you in a different direction, for any reason, you will never be locked into a contract.
Can I really get individual training in a group?
YES! If you’re someone who craves individualized attention but also likes the camaraderie of a group, then Physiques Gym is the right fit for you. Our group training is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
You will get the personalized attention you need while still being able to enjoy the energy and motivation of a group setting.
What is the difference between group and personal training?
The main difference is pretty straightforward: group training is done with a group of people, while personal training is one-on-one with a trainer. However, at Physiques Gym, our unique style of training allows for our coaches to provide individualized hands-on training even within the group setting.
How many people will be in my group?
Group sizes will vary, however we will work to ensure you are grouped with individuals with similar goals and experience
What are the benefits of group training?
When you’re working out alongside others who share the same goals, it creates a sense of community that will help you stay on track.
Can I workout on my own at the gym?
At this time, Yes! Physiques Gym does offer open gym memberships during our training hours
Is it okay if I am a beginner?
YES! If you’re a beginner and wondering if it’s okay, let me tell you right now that it absolutely is. We all have to start somewhere, and being a beginner is actually a good thing. It means you have room to grow and are free of bad habits.
Remember, everyone was a beginner at one point.
I am an experienced lifter, will I still get what I need?
As an experienced lifter, you might feel like you’ve seen it all. You’ve probably tried a lot of different programs and routines, and you’ve gotten to know your body pretty well. But will you still get what you need to take your fitness to the next level at Physiques Gym.
Even if you think you’ve hit your ceiling, there might be new angles and strategies that can help you push past it. Plus, our unique approach to training is great for targeting specific areas of the body or simply mixing up your routine.
Should I get in shape before I start at Physiques Gym?
You’re not alone in this thought. But the truth is, you don’t need to be in perfect shape before you start. In fact, that’s what Physiques Gym is for!

Can Physiques Gym help me prep for a bodybuilding competition?
YES! If you’re looking to compete in a bodybuilding competition, you’ll need to focus on more than just lifting weights and eating right. You need a coach that can help you reach your peak fitness and physique. With a wide variety of training systems, experienced coaches who are also competitive bodybuilders, and nutrition guidance, we will help you to sculpt your body into competition-ready shape.
How do I start?
The first step is a to to schedule a New Client Consultation. You can complete the Get Started form on the home page or schedule the appointment yourself, follow the link below and schedule a New Client Consultation.
The consultation is NOT a one size fits all assessment, it is customized to the individual and does include a training session.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No! Our philosophy is that your body is our contract. If you are not seeing the results you want, you will stop coming in. We take this commitment to your health very serious and will continue to push you toward your goal. You are never locked into a contract.
Are there any upfront fees?
No! Training fees are due in advance of training but there are not any additional charges.
What are your training hours?
We are open for training in the mornings, 6 days a week.

How do I book my training sessions?
You will schedule your sessions in advance, we ask for at least 12 hour notice.

Yes! Nutrition is 80% of your success. We will give you guidance and advice on how, when, and what to eat. When the time is right, and this varies depending on the person, we can create a customized meal plan for you.
What is the philosophy regarding nutrition?
Nutrition plans are very specific to the individual. We do not take a one-sized fits all approach to nutrition. Our meal plans are created for the individual based on their body type, lifestyle, occupational demands, goal, and discipline.
Do I need to buy expensive supplements or vitamins?
The short answer is no, you will not be required to purchase supplements. However, depending on your goal and lifestyle, you may benefit from taking supplements. We will guide on this so you are not alone at the nutrition store trying to figure what to buy or how much to take.
