Hey. Hope all is well with you. My doctor says thank you and kudos to us both. I’m healthier than I have ever been and apparently most people half my age should be jealous of me. More muscle less fat but still hanging out around 170lbs. Don’t have to see him now for 6 months. It’s been every 3 for the last couple of years. I will never be able to thank you enough for being here for me. For getting me into this mindset of getting healthy and staying that way by never giving up. And I won’t ever go back.
